Clean hotel with very pleasant staff. Well-heated rooms. Quiet area with a very central location close to Crowne Plaza on Virginia St, the airport, and various food/drink options.

We ate at a great restaurant at the 1st floor.

During my stay at Sonesta Atlanta Airport North, I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the on-site restaurant. The pool provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of meetings, and the restaurant offered delicious and convenient dining options, making my stay very comfortable.

Customer service needs improvement.

The overall stay here for a business trip was pleasant and the bar had exceptional service from friendly staff.

The location was particularly good and the private parking was onsite.

Mind-blowing breakfast with the option to enjoy it in the room for a few extra bucks. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the lobby staff were super awesome, providing an awesome stay. Despite a few issues with housekeeping and the ice machine, the dedicated front desk staff promptly addressed our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. The hotel also offered convenient amenities such as wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, bar/lounge area, restaurant. Additionally, the hotel provided in-room air conditioning and a no-smoking policy on site. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. I will definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I loved the room with a king size bed.

The breakfast was outstanding and the room was neat and modern with a king size bed, making my stay very enjoyable.

The Shurrle driver (Lady) and bellman were extremely kind and helpful....they were excellent and kind and assisited me when I needed additionsl help... ......

My bathroom sink had toothpaste in it and the floor was gritty.... it was not modern ....old tvs ......

The room was just what we needed - simple and cozy. The laptop-friendly workspace was a big plus for me, and the free WiFi made it easy to stay connected.

I found the air conditioning a bit too loud for my liking.

Location was close to the domestic airport and easy to reach by shuttle bus (free of charge). Breakfast buffet was excellent, eggs could be ordered as desired. My omelette was very good

I was accommodated on the 2nd floor, where renovation work was done in the rooms. The corridor looked like a construction site. In the breakfast restaurant the tables were chipped, here a renovation would be urgently necessary. For this price I do not expect a building site and a well-kept equipment

The hotel is safe and has incredibly nice staff. Breakfast with omelettes and fresh fruit. Easy to get to, particularly good and stunning location really close to the convenience store. The breakfast here is freshly prepared with fresh fruit and omelettes, and the service is excellent; the staff is incredibly helpful and a joy to interact with.

The hotel staff did accomodate a room change for me.

The online pictures of the rooms are little deceiftul. Bathroom was very small and outdated. Not a lot of counter space or towel bars. Most rooms do not have updated flat screens TV's. The TV's are antiquated 25in.
