Clean hotel with very pleasant staff. Well-heated rooms. Quiet area with a very central location close to Crowne Plaza on Virginia St, the airport, and various food/drink options.

During my stay at Sonesta Atlanta Airport North, I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the on-site restaurant. The pool provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of meetings, and the restaurant offered delicious and convenient dining options, making my stay very comfortable.

Customer service needs improvement.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. The hotel also offered convenient amenities such as wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, bar/lounge area, restaurant. Additionally, the hotel provided in-room air conditioning and a no-smoking policy on site. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was neat and modern with a king size bed, making my stay very enjoyable.

staying at Sonesta was a relief after a canceled flight. The fast and pleasant check-in process was a welcome start to my stay. The friendly staff and nice lobby set a positive tone. The breakfast was very good, and being able to take it to my room for a few dollars extra was convenient.

Convenient central location, making it a great base to explore Atlanta. The rooms are tastefully decorated and brand-new. Complimentary WiFi provided with no issues. Walking distance to a convenience store. Convenient stores are located right across the street.

I chose this hotel for attending an assembly because of its convenient location near the Atlanta airport and the free, 24-hour shuttle service. The free Wi-Fi access and Business Center were incredibly useful for my work, and the 18,000 square feet of indoor event space, including 17 meeting rooms and a spacious Grand Ballroom, provided the perfect setting for our event.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated concierge to assist with last-minute arrangements and logistics.

I chose Sonesta Atlanta Airport North primarily for its convenient location near the landmarks I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the recommendations from the concierge staff. The hotel's on-site patio bar, Richard's on the Rocks, offered specialty cocktails, liquors, and fine wines. Also, Benton's Grill provided a great dining experience with its American cuisine.

I had a great stay here for a one-time visit, the hotel's location was convenient and easy to get to, and I enjoyed some tasty takeout meals from a nearby KFC.
